Apple has been sued in federal courtroom over what plaintiffs allege is fake promoting of a number of Apple Intelligence options.
Filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in San Jose, the swimsuit seeks class-action standing and damages on behalf of those that bought Apple Intelligence-capable iPhones and different units. Plaintiffs declare that gadget house owners haven’t acquired the Apple Intelligence options they have been promised.
