OpenAI’s board of administrators has responded to Elon Musk’s bid to purchase the corporate. In a press release on X, OpenAI chair Bret Taylor mentioned, “OpenAI will not be on the market, and the board has unanimously rejected Mr. Musk’s newest try to disrupt his competitors.”
Taylor instructed that concession was off the board. “Any potential reorganization of OpenAI will strengthen our nonprofit and its mission to make sure AGI advantages all of humanity,” Taylor wrote.
